- Minimum order
- 1,000 CHF on every order, excluding transport and import charges.
- Currency
- All prices are quoted and invoiced in CHF. Your bank converts at settlement.
- Payment
- Bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Card payment by arrangement.
- Order confirmation
- Every order is checked against our stock before any payment is taken. If we cannot supply a line, we tell you before invoicing.
- Destinations
- Worldwide. We ship to registered businesses on every continent, by tracked air freight from Japan.
- Incoterms
- DAP (Incoterms 2020). Import duties and import VAT are payable by the recipient in the destination country.
- Dispatch
- Direct from Japan. In stock items leave within 2 to 5 working days of payment being received.

- Allocation is reserved at the time of order. Dispatch follows the official release date.

Do I need a registered company to buy?
Yes. We supply registered businesses only: retailers, distributors, wholesalers, tournament organisers and gaming venues. Your company registration number is checked against the public register of your country before your account is approved. We do not sell to private individuals.
Who is JapHunter, and why should I trust a new supplier?
JapHunter Sarl is a Swiss company with a registered trademark. We are not new: our retail brand japhunter.ch has shipped over 10,000 orders across Switzerland and the rest of Europe. You can go and look at it.
This site is the trade side of the same company. japhunter.ch serves private collectors, japhunterb2b.com serves registered businesses only, with trade pricing, volume packaging and direct shipping from Japan. Same sourcing, same discipline, a different customer.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Every continent is served by tracked air freight leaving Japan: Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and Africa. If your business is registered and we can legally export to your country, we deliver to your door. Freight is quoted at checkout on the total weight of your order.
Who pays import duties and VAT?
You do. All shipments leave Japan on DAP terms (Incoterms 2020), which means we deliver to your address but import duties and import VAT are payable by you on arrival. Factor this into your landed cost before ordering. Our Shipping and customs page sets out the usual rates by destination.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 1,000 CHF per order, excluding transport and import charges. Shipping from Japan by air is only economic above that level. Some low value references are sold in fixed multiples rather than by the unit, and the multiple is always stated on the product page.
How does preorder allocation work?
When you place a preorder, your allocation is reserved at that moment. We confirm the quantity we can actually supply before invoicing, so you never pay for stock we cannot deliver. Dispatch follows the official Japanese release date.
Is the product Japanese or Chinese?
Both. We supply Japanese-language print runs and Chinese editions. Every product page states the language and edition, along with the set code and packaging, so there is no ambiguity about what you are ordering.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer against a proforma invoice is the standard method. Nothing is taken at the moment you order: we confirm your order against our stock first, then invoice, then dispatch once payment is received. Card payment can be arranged on request.
What if an order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Report it with photographs within 7 days of delivery and we replace or credit the affected items. Every order is checked and photographed before dispatch, so claims are settled quickly.
Trade prices are one approval away.
Send us your company details and VAT or UID number. Accounts are normally approved within one working day. We ship to registered businesses worldwide.
